It’s very difficult to eat healthy food in college. Especially on a college meal plan in a dorm room with no kitchen. Although college dining rooms do their best to offer a wide array of different foods, it's hard to find a meal that doesn't come wrapped in a tortilla or placed between two buns made from unhealthy grains. Through my days as a college student both at Central and Western, I have mastered the craft of healthy eating as a college student both on and off campus, and I'm going to share a few practical tips you can use today for healthy eating as a college student.
